Originally from Taiwan, bubble teas are refreshing fruit or milk drinks that can be served hot or cold. The milk drinks are deliciously creamy whilst the fruit flavours are more like a traditional iced tea. Find out more here.

When ordering, we will always ask if you’d like your drink hot cold or warm, what size you’d like and what toppings you want added. You can find all flavours and toppings on our drinks menu.

Please let us know if you have any dietary/allergy requirements and we’ll give you recommendations based upon this.

For all of our coffees (including our bubble coffees!) we use speciality coffee beans sourced from the Ahuachapán region of El Salvador.

We would recommend that you do not opt for more than 5 toppings from the bubble tea menu. We recommend getting the Large size cup if you wish to have 2 or more toppings as it gives us more space to give you the drink!

We recycle whatever we can in store. We offer re-useable straws to purchase, our regular straws are compostable, and we encourage you to re-use your large plastic cups (They last for ages!) – We can always do better – and we are looking at ways to minimize the damage to our planet due to the disposable nature of bubble tea packaging.

The vast majority of our drinks & toppings are Vegan Friendly and Gluten Free!

All of our fruity tea and the majority of the bubble tea toppings are vegan-friendly. Our milky flavours are suitable for vegetarians. We use lactose free creamer in our milk tea but, they do contain sodium caseinate meaning they are unfortunately, not suitable for vegans.

Flavours and toppings are all subject to availability. Our staff will be able to help advise which products are suitable for your dietary requirements.

Tapioca Pearls
Tapioca pearls (also known as boba) are the original bubble tea topping and probably the most popular! Tapioca are made of starch extracted from the cassava root and are then cooked with some brown sugar to give them their dark colour. They have a characteristic caramel taste and a consistency similar to gummy bears. To give it the perfect taste and texture we cook it fresh throughout the day.

Popping Bubbles
Popping bubbles are juicy, fun and a really great place to start your bubble tea adventure. They are made of an agar shell filled with different flavoured fruit juice and you can pick for a wide variety of flavours to perfectly compliment your drink.

Our current flavours are: strawberry, passion fruit, mango, lychee and we have special guest flavours that change regularly!

‍Jellies
All of our jellies are either made of agar or coconut pieces so they are all vegan friendly. We know that not everyone is going to want tapioca all the time, so why not mix it up with something a bit more fruity? The jellies have a bit of a bite to them so they are a great swap for tapioca.

Our current flavours are: lychee, apple, tutti fruity, strawberry and grass jelly. Grass jelly is slightly different to the others since it’s much softer and has more of a subtle, herbal taste.

We source our ingredients from many different suppliers. Many of our bubble tea ingredients come from the home of bubble tea – Taiwan!

Our coffee is sourced from our Coffee partners – Clifton Coffee – who offer some of the finest coffee in the world. We import our matcha from Japan. We always do our best to source ethically where we can, and aim to offer the best ingredients to you.
