Trust me, there is no better feeling than waking up on a hot summer's morning to a cold cup of bubble tea so store your bubble in the fridge overnight and it will keep till the next day.

3. Use Sugar Syrup

To keep bubble tea fresh for longer, many bubble tea cafes will immerse the drink in sugar syrup. In fact, doing so can keep the tea fresh for days.

The best part is, you can make a simple sugar syrup at home with little time or effort. Simply heat equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Pour the syrup over the bubble tea and let it soak for a few minutes.

Adding sugar syrup not only adds lifetime to the drink so it’s ready for the next day, but also offers a slight sweet kick to any bubble tea.

Now I love tapioca pearls and popping bubbles more than anyone, and 9 times out of 10 it’s the topping I am choosing for my afternoon bubble tea. However, the only drawback of these unique toppings is that they can degrade overtime if you’re planning on keeping your bubble tea until the next day.
